Finance

Finance staff are responsible for accounting for the City's revenues and expenditures. These are organized into the City's general fund (providing governmental services) and its enterprise funds (providing water and wastewater utility services), with each fund having operational and capital components. The City's finances include accounts payable, accounts receivable, and budgeting components, and are independently audited annually. The City's fiscal year (FY) is from July 1 to June 30.
