MS4 Projects - Septic Connections to WWTP (Posted 3/21/2025)

The City of Brunswick invites contractors to bid on the following MS4 program projects as described in the linked attachments:

• Septic Connections to WWTP Phase 1 – Design and Engineering
• Septic Connections to WWTP Phase 2 – Design and Engineering

All interested contractors, or contractor representatives, are required to attend a Pre-Bid Meeting on Tuesday April 8, 2025 at 10:00 AM at City Hall (1 W Potomac St., Brunswick, MD 21716). The Pre-Bid Meeting provides contractors an opportunity to ask questions on the projects as well as visit project sites to support bid development. The City of Brunswick will also provide additional details regarding existing utilities at the meeting. Details may be in the form of hardcopies or information on accessing secure digital data. Attendees will receive meeting minutes summarizing the discussion. Note that all questions received at the meeting or via email will be answered and circulated to all bidders on bidder’s list.
