Environmental Programs

The City of Brunswick’s Environmental Programs division manages the City’s Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) operations and ensures we remain in compliance with EPA and MDE regulations.

Environmental Programs is also responsible for floodplain management. This means ensuring all development and activities are in alignment with FEMA regulation. The City of Brunswick participates in the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) and proudly remains in good standing.
