Submitting a Concern
All concerns submitted through this system are reviewed and evaluated by City staff. Submitting a concern does not guarantee that the issue can or will be addressed by the City. Some concerns involve matters that are not City responsibilities. The City will review your submission and communicate the outcome, including when no action will be taken.

ALL URGENT REQUESTS should still go through the Front Desk by calling 301-834-7500. Urgent cases include: water main breaks, sewer back-ups, no water, discolored water, or trees blocking roadways. Follow prompts for after-hours calls to reach City dispatch as well as on-call DPW personnel.
